Human resources are the fundamental of company's success,and compensation management is the core part of human resource management.The optimization of company's compensation system is becoming an increasingly popular topic to scholars.Agricultural enterprises as the fundamental of our country,in order to keep their personnel advance and enhance their core competitiveness,we must pay attention to its establish and continuously optimize of compensation system,to attract and retain the core and key talents,to improve employee' satisfaction and enhance the cohesion.Through summarizing the theoretical knowledge of compensation management and compensation system at home and abroad,it provides the theoretical basis for this optimizing.The research's object is an agricultural planting—SM company,based on literature research,interviews,questionnaires and other methods,having understood the status of the company's enterprise management and compensation system.With the employee pay satisfaction questionnaire,we can sort and analyze the company's original compensation management and employee satisfaction,to diagnose the company's major problems of original compensation system and its cause,like the system's imperfect,the low salary levels,the little gap of salary level about different employee,the salary's irrational,the assessment system's imperfect and so on.Combined with the literature data,we determine the guiding ideas and principles of this optimization.By job analysis,job evaluation,salary survey and other pre-work to get the basis data to guide the optimization of the compensation system,it should adhere to the people-oriented and pay full respect for the manager and technical staff,and then we determine the optimization mainly in terms of salary structure,job level,salary assessment,the annual salary system for senior manager and key technical employee and so on.Finally,we put forward four measures about establish the organization,supervise and feedback,improve the human resource management system to ensure the smooth implementation of the new compensation system.
