The enterprise management talents as the backbone of the enterprise management operation play a key role in the process of promoting organization goal.The enterprise restrains the behavior of manager and exerts its effective function by means of the evaluation system.Combining the actual conditions of HG Company,this thesis mainlyrevises and perfects the evaluation system of the management talents.The thesis is based on HG Company's existing evaluation system of the management talents as the research object,by consulting a large number of literatures,understanding and choosing of management,talent studies,human resource management,organizational behavior,mathematical statistics and other subject knowledge,and the research status fully absorbed the management talent evaluation system at home and abroad.It provides research foundation for the work.The HG Company's management talents evaluation system is analyzed by mainly using statistical method and field research,through on-site survey,panel discussion s.It finds the problems of the existing unreasonable in evaluation index,evaluation criteria,and evaluation weights,the deficiency in the evaluation results showed,the evaluation in formation adjustment and identification,the lack of evaluation result feedback.In view of the existing problems,the basic units' leadership and the management talents of HG Company's evaluation index,evaluation criteria system has carried on the design and revision.And the weight system is designed by applying comparative weight method which realizes the optimization in HG Company's management talents evaluation system.At the same time,the thesis establishes the mathematical model by adopting element weighting method,and through the practical application,proved the feasibility of theoptimize evaluation system.In addition,to make sure the evaluation system implemented smoothly,the thesis proposes a series of safeguard measures including the formulation of the evaluation procedures,the determine of evaluation cycle,the selection of contestant group,the evaluation information adjustment and identification,perfecting stimulating system,developing training evaluation,establishing the appeal system.Finally,the thesis summarizes the whole research and puts forward the existing problems and the prospect for future research.
