Study On Life Cycle Management Of Oil And Gas Assets In M ​​Oilfield

In recent years, the state proposed to accelerate the transformation of the pattern of development of oil enterprise. In this way, oil enterprise would get double harvest in the aspects of improving oil recovery technology and equipment level of assets operation efficiency. In this context, M oil company pays more attention to input and output of oil-and-gas assets management, attempts to introduce the idea of Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) in oil-and-gas assets management, and to improve the asset management level and operational efficiency through innovating management methods and techniques.Oil-and-gas lifecycle management control the whole process of planning, production, operation and waste disposal of oil-and-gas assets. By reducing total cost of assets in the whole lifecycle, it would improve the assets operation efficiency and use efficiency, realize the effectiveness, safety and reliability of oil-and-gas asset management, and also the maximization of the value of the oil enterprise.In this paper, the author studies the oil-and-gas assets in M oil company, and researches on the LCAM mode, combined with the asset life cycle theory, makes clear the connotation of the oil-and-gas asset life cycle management in M oil company. Through the analysis on the present situation and the existing problems of oil-and-gas asset management in M oil company, the author constructs the whole life cycle of enterprise management mode of oil-and-gas assets in M oilfield step by step. On this basis, the author puts forward the evaluation effect cycle management of oil-and-gas assets in the aspect of LCAM evaluation index, evaluation method and evaluation model. Finally, the author elaborates safeguard measures to enhance the management efficiency of oil-and-gas assets of LCAM for M oil company.Combining assets management practice with LCAM theory, this paper provides effective and feasible solution method for practical operation and execution of oilfield assets management. Through comprehensive development of oil-and-gas assets life cycle management technology research and system construction, timely research results will be applied to all aspects of asset management, help to improve the lean management and scientific decision of oilfield enterprise level, and also will greatly improve the comprehensive competition ability of oilfield enterprise.
