| The equipment manufacturing enterprises plays an important role in the national economy and social development.The equipment manufacturing industry of our country has entered the informatization and industrialization fusion stage in an all-round way.There have been a lot of information system during the process with equipment manufacturing enterprises information technology application level gradually improving,such as ERP,EMS,SCM,MES,etc.These information systems can meet the local requirement.however,these systems are independent of each other,numbers of key data is enclosed in a separate system,which forming isolated island of information,resulting in the decrease of information utilization.How to make use of data warehouse to effectively integrate the isolated information system and build a comprehensive data set of which using business intelligence,data mining,machine learning techniques to analyze it on the basis is of great significance as for improving enterprises efficiency and reducing energy consumption of the enterprise.Based on the review of related research achievements of data warehouse,this paper made a more detailed analysis of Hive data warehouse and its related technologies,and then analyze the research situation of collaboration platform.Firstly,this paper analyze the CM enterprise’s energy management,make a more detailed analysis of the problem that exits the management and put forward to build a collaboration platform based on the energy data warehouse.Secondly,we take CM’s forging workshop for example,using data warehouse to make data integration for EMS and ERP and elaborating how to build the energy data warehouse which set a stage for building the collaboration platform.After that,according to the practical enterprise investigation and relevant research,this paper analyzed the business requirement and system requirement and designed the system in detail on the basis of energy data warehouse,which designed with emphasis on energy consumption prediction and energy consumption optimization function.Finally,this paper develop,test and operation the collaboration platform function. |
