Since reform and opening up, China used the double energy consumption at cost, achieving the two doubles of development, which shows that China's energy security is facing serious challenges.On the other hand, the equipment manufacturing industry is the country's strategic industries. It is a prerequisite for industrialization. Also it is to determine the process of economic globalization and is the key factors of countries in the international division of labor status. Thus the energy consumption of the equipment manufacturing industry is one of the most critical evaluation of the links, achieving energy saving of the equipment manufacturing industry is important to us practically.To the equipment manufacturing industry in Shenyang and Management of energy consumption, we construct a set of evaluation system of the power equipment manufacturing industry in Shenyang, based on basic evaluation models of a variety of intelligent technology, energy consumption and energy-related potential evaluation. Shenyang provides recycling economy and ecological environment protection system framework so as to improve the energy consumption of the equipment manufacturing industry, reduce indirect energy consumption of the equipment manufacturing industry and reduce the feasibility of proposals in Shenyang, providing a theoretical basis for sustainable development of Shenyang economic sciences.Related researches about Shenyang's equipment manufacturing industry evaluation system for energy will bring more prominent direct and indirect benefits, with a wide range of applications.
