The increasingly perfect of tax business system and informationize boost put forward new requirements on constructing tax mana gement information system.Tax variety and unbalanced development between regions are common characteristics in current China's tax system.Numbers of heterogeneous isolated systems are gradually formed in the construction process of the tax platform.Scat tered tax information is stored in these systems presenting characteristics such as unified data format,data incomplete and redundancy.The existing tax systems are able to support the tax collection business,but are still lack of unified data standard a nd complete data set to carry decision support functions such as global query,collection status analysis,payer credit analysis and risk management.The project in this paper takes example from a local tax collection and management system platform.The platform is formed by a concentrated collection system and some auxiliary systems and various types of local tax are involved.Integrated collection data need to extract respectively from the each isolated system and then aggregated.There are large amount of data in the highly valued operational systems.This makes great challenge to the ETL procedure.Meanwhile,the large size of data and complexity of data model pose challenges for reports real-time load.this paper firstly introduces the research background of tax information system and development status data warehouse technology both interiorly and abroad.Then the data ETL and OLAP technology and referring platform are introduced.and then trigger based real time ETL procedure is designed aimed at the extraction of heterogeneous source data and real time requirement.For the requirement of low latency in report refresh,the data models are built in main memory database based HANA platform.In the last step three types of report are created using web base t ool Web Intelligence according to the report demand.Thus,the whole local tax collection data warehouse system is built.Finally the system function and performance is verified using system monitoring tool and report refresh time statistics.
