Study On Process Optimization Of Spare Parts Sales In L Company

Spare parts selling is an important business for traditional manufacturing industry to ensure the quality of after-service,at the same time,it's also a profit point for an enterprise.Usually,the larger size of the enterprise,the greater business of the spare parts selling,so its business producer improvement is very important.L company is the leader in the reducer manufacturing industry,everyday it has a large order of spare parts selling,most of which are urgent orders.But there are big problems under the current procedure of spare pats selling,the unreasonable procedure causes series problems,such as personnel wasting,non-value work increasing and work efficiency reducing.So as to cause long sales cycle of spare parts selling and guest satisfaction level drops.So improving the existing processes and the process efficiency are inevitable in face of increasing business volume.Petri Nets Model is a method which accurately and intuitively expresses the system by combining mathematical algorithm with graphics express.Using Petri Nets Model Method to research business process can clearly express the relationship between every links in the system.Especially for expressing the parallel relation.This article constructs spare parts selling into Petri Nets Model which clearly expresses the relationship between every links,so as to improve the procedure from an overall perspective.Based on the theory of Petri Nets and ECRS optimization principle,we did the following works:First of all,using the theory of Petri Nets to establish the model for the existing spare parts selling by evaluating the correlation matrix to test the correctness and accuracy of the model.Putting personnel and environmental factors aside,we only analysis of the influence of business links on procedure itself.Then,we analyze the existing problems based on current situation of producer in detail,thus putting forward an improved optimization strategy in existing problems based on ECRS optimization principle,establishing the Petri Nets Model after optimizing,At last,use ExSpect samulation software,on account of Petri Nets model before and after optimization,to simulate based on time factor and to optimize the effect by comparative analysis.
