| The service industry constitutes the main part of the national economic development,serves as a key indicator to measure the level of national economic modernization,and plays an important role to stimulate economic growth and create jobs.As the reform of marketization and urbanization is deepened,the domestic service industry has gradually becoming the main force of the industry as a whole.However,the development of service industry in China differentiates greatly in different provinces and cities.The economic development and growth rate are imbalanced in different regions.The development of service industry in China is of great regional differences.The analysis of the spatial correlation network features about the development of service industry in China can reinforce the correlation of the service industry's spatial network and set relevant regional development strategies.The research about the spatial network of the service industry is insufficient in academia.This essay is dedicated to provide beneficial supplement to the social network methods.Based on references,theoretical reviews and summaries that are corresponding to the topic,as well as the regional development data of China's service industry from 1997 to 2014,this essay uses the social network analysis and QAP methods to measure the correlation of spatial network for the service industry,analyze the structure features and interactions between different regions.The results show that:(1)the spatial correlation of regional development about China's service industry takes on a network structure.As time passes,spatial network correlations is increased,and the network stability is strengthened;(2)Shanghai,Tianjin,Beijing,Jiangsu and Zhejiang are in the network centers,acting both as “intermediary” and “conduction” roles in the regional development of service industry.(3)China's service industry spatial network can be classified into four different functional plates.Each plate has a strong connected effect.The developed area drives the development of the less developed area,which reflects the spillover effect.(4)Spatial correlation of the regional development about China's service industry is featured as spatial proximity,and has a close relation to the disparity of the development pattern in the service industry.Location-determined neighboring spatial relations,closeness of economic openness,closeness of urbanization,and closeness of industrial scale are all important influencing factors to the spatial correlations.According to the preceding summaries,several suggestions about pertinent policies are provided in this essay. |
