Trust Influencing Factors And Evaluation Of Owners To Contractors In Construction Project

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly,and the construction industry has gradually become a pillar industry of the national economy.As the number of contractors grows as the construction market grows,it is critical for the owners to choose the right contractor to realize the value and goals of the construction project.The paper takes this as the starting point,discusses introducing the recommendation trust that is the recommendation of the former owner of the contractor into the contractor selection of construction project,study the trust influencing factors and trust evaluation of owner who have worked with the contractors.This paper focuses on the trust of the owner to the contractors that have worked together.First of all,through the analysis and summary of the existing literatures,and contacting the characteristics of construction projects,dividing the trust influencing factors of owner who have worked with the contractors into contractor characteristics,interaction in the project,project completion and follow-up and cooperation four dimensions,and based on this builds the theoretical model of owner's trust of construction project.Secondly,207 valid quest ionnaires were obtained through questionnaires,using questionnaire data,testing the theoretical model and research hypothesis by SPSS20.0 and AMOS21,and correcting the model.The results show that contractors' ability,communication,dispute settlement,project target completion,after-sales service and cooperation experience are the key drivers of owner trust.Finally,using BP neural network to build the evaluation model of trust which using the key factors that through structural equation model valida tion as evaluation index to establish the index system to evaluate the trust of owner of the construction project.The evaluation results verify the rationality and validity of the model.This paper enriches the research on the trust in the project area an d lays the foundation for the application of the recommendation trust in the contractor selection of construction project through the research on the tr ust influencing factors and trust evaluation of the owner's trust.
