| With the refinement of social division of labor, more and more task need to be finished with the support of interdisciplinary professional technology, completing task by project form becomes the mainstream trend. Trust between project partners has already been proved as the most important influencing factor for a successful project. Now it becomes an urgent issue that how to identify the main influencing factors that affect trust between project partners.In this paper, the influencing factors on trust between project partners are studied through theoretical and empirical ways. At theoretical stage, according to trust’s antecedence study and Process-based Theory, eight influencing factors on trust between project partners are proposed. Besides, a relational model is built to reflect the relationship between trust and the influencing factors. At empirical stage, firstly a questionnaire is designed referring to some existing researches; then the data is collected through some reasonable channels; after this a statistical analysis of the sample is done, the reliability and validity of this questionnaire is given to show it has high reliability; finally, the relationship between trust and its influencing factors is empirically analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling method and some related explanation was given.This study showed that trust between project partners is still affected by some traditional factors such as the abilities and the reputation of the parties, the communication between them. Project partners should pay more attention to partners’ cultures and try their best to develop mutuality with each other. |
