Works Trust Influencing Factors And The Establishment Of The Mechanism

The research indicates that trust can form an effective coordination mechanism among partners, can prevent emergence of opportunism, can reduce transaction cost, can simplify decision-making, and can accelerate stabilization of cooperation structure and so on. Therefore, the success of engineering project must be based on mutual trust between stakeholders. However, distrust often exists in engineering practice in our nation. Meanwhile, our research achievements on engineering trust are rather limited. Besides, trust is a notion, whose social culture is strong, so the researches in foreign countries are not always appropriate for us. So the research on engineering trust based on our social background is of great significance. To solve the problem, this paper studies the influencing factors of engineering trust between the owner and the constructor, and makes the important degree and effect mechanism of different factors clear, so to pertinently provides strategy support for the building of engineering trust in order to promote the success of engineering project.Starting with the research status both at home and abroad of engineering trust, through analyzing their achievements and shortage, this paper firstly programs the writing conception. Secondly, combining with the relative research on influencing factors of engineering trust, the paper composes some questionnaires. Next, though the data statistic analysis of the investigated data, this paper identifies the influencing factors of engineering trust between the owner and the constructor, and then obtain the primary conclusions. Afterwards, through interviews with the scene experts of engineering projects, and making validation and complementation of the above conclusions, this paper makes the final conclusions. The conclusions show that at initial stage of project construction, the trust establishment between the owner and the constructor is expanding based on the system plan, which takes contract for represent. Along with the project process, the two parties interact frequently, and they understand each other more deeply. Emotional interaction excited by them makes the trust relationship maintenance and development further. At last, based on the conclusions above, the paper proposes the construction system of engineering trust.
