The Study On Cleaner Production Audit For Lingbao Gold Company

With China's largest wet electrolytic copper production lines,Gold Smeltery of Lingbao Gold Company Ltd.mainly produces gold,silver,copper,industrial sulfuric acid by raw material of gold concentrate.oncentrate.However,with the development of gold smelting industry and the intensification of market competition,excessive consumption of corporate resources and energy,as well as environmental pollution problems have seriously restricted the development of this enterprise.Therefore,it has improved resource utilization and reduced production management costs effectively by the implementation of cleaner production audit many times,while actively fulfilling its corporate social and environmental responsibility.In this paper,clean production audit of Gold Smeltery of Lingbao Gold Company Ltd.is researched.Based on resourcing and theoretical exploration,the author participated in and analyzed clean production audit of Gold Smeltery of Lingbao Gold Company Ltd.,determined resource consumption and pollutants during the whole production process of gold smelting enterprises,and found out the links which could be optimized.Meanwhile,in-depth study on the main stages of its clean production project and specific solutions was carried out,and overall effect evaluation was conducted to identify problems of the project and make optimization and improvement,for the achievehievement of energy conservation,consumption reduction,pollution alleviation,and efficiency improvement.This has a certain reference value for encouraging other gold smelting enterprises to actively conduct cleaner production activities.
