The Process Of Corporate Entrepreneurship In The Internet Economy And Its Implications For The Firm's Growth

At present,the potential of the Internet is in an unprecedented change wave force,the new normal “internet +”under the network economy have reversed transmission of traditional enterprise,to shock,especially mobile operator faces two aspects of traditional telecommunication market and the Internet the enormous pressure of competition,is experiencing a disruptive change.Based on this,this article focuses on "in the Internet change situation,the enterprise how to set up a mechanism to achieve innovation transformation" company a core problem,and probe into the following two layers of progressive research questions: 1.The Internet change mature enterprise how to carry out the company business in order to obtain sustainable competitive advantage? 2.Mature company's entrepreneurial behavior how to promote enterprise development by organizational learning?According to the first question,This article through to the XX Communications in promoting the "incubator" and "entrepreneurship" and "project team" three types of six specific corporate entrepreneurship project case analysis,constructs the mechanism model of corporate entrepreneurship process".Specifically,The entrepreneurial process of a mature enterprise can include six aspects: the external environment,the formation of entrepreneurial motivation,the integration of resources,the establishment of entrepreneurial organization model,entrepreneurial activities and entrepreneurial evaluation.Secondly,through the case study of the 3W joint venture incubator project,the Internet incubator base project,the creation of passenger space projects,and the creation of space projects,Guangdong migration + project,the general manager of the star of the innovative project of six cases.This paper sets up the theoretical framework of "Corporate entrepreneurship – Organizational learning – Enterprise development",and that entrepreneurship incubator,internal entrepreneurship and the project team of these three types of companies can promote company's mature exploration learning and exploiting learning and enhance the mature enterprise innovation performance,on the other hand to promote the cultivation of innovative culture,ultimately promoting further development of enterprises.In this paper,the theory of contribution mainly has the following two aspects: first,set up a mature company pioneering process mechanism model,open the Internet change situation specific process of entrepreneurship black box,contribute to corporate entrepreneurship literature.Second,this paper constructs the theoretical framework of "Corporate entrepreneurship-Organizational learning-Enterprise development",in particular,the author explores how to promote the innovation performance of the mature enterprises and the two aspects of the innovation culture development through the organizational learning,deepening the company's entrepreneurial literature.This paper finds that there are some guiding significance for the two venture of the mature Chinese enterprises in the context of Internet revolution.
