Research Of The Labor Security Supervisory Management Reform Of B District

The labor security supervision system,the certain extent production of social of enterprise development,is to adjust and balance the labor relations with the public power,in order to maintain social stability and promote social harmony.The theory and practice of labor security supervision in our country started relatively late,the relevant research and practice have not formed a perfect system.Especially,there are still something unreasonable in the labor security supervision management.This paper selects the B District of Guangzhou City,research the management of its labor security supervision,in order to explore the new ideas of labor security management and something same and different management of the district government.Then investigate the problems and difficulties in the practice of the central labor security supervision system.Through literature research,historical research,empirical analysis,deduction and comparative research methods,this paper makes a study of district labor security supervision and management reform.Aiming at the flaws of district labor security supervision management that department function is not clear,law enforcement team’s power is weak and joint law enforcement is not enough,the paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions and opinions on how to divide the vertical and horizontal functions,establish the dynamic allocation mechanism,and strengthen the linkage mechanism,to deepen the level of labor security supervision and management reform.This paper studies the management of district labor security supervision,to some extent,filled the gap in this part of the theory study,and deepen the theory of the local government’s management of labor security supervision.The study provides some practical guidance for the practice of labor security supervision.Of course,the management of district labor security supervision is still in exploration stage of the management system.Since this paper focuses on the function change,organization establishment and human resources study,the study emphasis on the practical operation,and the theoretical research is to be strengthened.
