Employee performance appraisal is particularly important for the enterprise's talent management, it can help enterprises to select the talents needed by the enterprise, but also can eliminate the poor employees to achieve the goal of survival of the fittest. With the economic downward pressure increasing,it is necessary for companies to strengthen from all aspects of their core competitiveness to find a place in the market. Enterprise competitiveness is not only up to the external market, internal management also has a great impact. Performance appraisal makes a great influence both in ordinary employees and managers. Therefore, performance is a problem that cannot be neglected.This paper takes Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Chemical Co. Ltd. silicon fluoride(hereinafter referred to as the "fluorine silicon company") as the research object, research on the existing performance appraisal system of the company, find out the existing problems and to re design and improvement, has reached the goal of the optimization of the assessment results..Based on the relevant theories of performance appraisal, this paper analyzes the current situation of employee performance appraisal of the company.Then the paper introduces Fougui company performance assessment of overall situation, and points out problems of the assessment: The main body of the performance appraisal is single, the evaluation index is set at random and out of line with the company's overall objectives, the lack of attention to performance feedback, improper use of assessment results, etc.. In order to solve these problems, this paper uses the KPI performance appraisal method to redesign the employee performance system. First of all, the company's assessment standards from 3 aspects and 12 indicators established by Delphy expert consultation, and then according to the important degree of each index gives different weights to form multiple assessment level, finally we establish performance appraisal index system of fluorine silicon company.In addition, this paper also puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures for the implementation of the performance appraisal system, so that the performance appraisal system is more scientific and reasonable.
