Corporation business is one of the most traditional business in commercial banks,and commercial banks is the most important source of income.Development status of the company,directly affecting the corporation business market competition is fierce.JD Branch of Z Bank is one of the 11 administration branches in Zhuhai,which was set in 1987.In recent years,as the geographic area and outsourcing companies JD toward branch business declining,in the face of increasingly fierce market competition,science formulation for the Banks themselves toward the actual business marketing strategy is imminent.According to Kotler CCDVPT marketing theory as the foundation,combining the reality of Bank of Z to expand the business market,and the implementation of the strategy put forward the corresponding safeguard measures.To be specific:This paper introduces the basic situation of the bank,summarizes the bank brought to the basic situation of business marketing,summed up the current banking there are several approaches to the marketing of the business problem Based on these defects,design toward the bank to carry out business CCDVPT marketing strategy.First of all,according to Kotler CCDVPT toward marketing model analysis JD branch business status quo.Then,based on the CCDVPT Kotler marketing model,toward the bank’s business segment market,determines the bank performs business target market and market positioning;From the marketing organization structure innovation product development and service price service innovation threeaspects design toward the banking business innovation service strategy;From the advertising communication personnel marketing communication Public relations promotion communication three aspects to communicate design toward the bank business communication service strategy;From the value transfer channels of branches Based on the value of customer manager to pass value of electronic banking channel design in three aspects: the value transfer strategy toward the bank business;On this basis,the bank performs business marketing strategy implementation effect is analyzed briefly After developing toward the banking business marketing strategy,should be in the process of security measures are put forward,mainly including the guarantee of human resources information system security risk control of security and the security of enterprise culture.
