G Company Supply Chain Service Optimization Design Research Based On The Value Chain Theory

With the stable development of domestic economy,the share of service industry in the national economy is increasing,the service industry is also faced with the increasingly fierce competition,it has brought the huge impact for the enterprise,also to the enterprise's survival and development has brought many unsteady factors.Professor Michael porter's value chain theory reveals the entire value chain of enterprises is the competition between enterprises in all links of competition,not only limited to the particular process,for the enterprise,the comprehensive competitiveness of all the value chain determines the strength of the enterprise itself competitive in the market.To improve the comprehensive competitiveness of G company,based on porter's value chain theory as the guidance,in the supply chain services of the G conpany as the research object,through the systematic analysis of industry value chain and enterprise internal and external value chain,combined with the SWOT analysis,carding G company's supply chain service pattern,points out the shortage of its existence,from logistics,cash flow and information flow of the three supply chain service module,study how to optimize the design current G company's supply chain services,finally to put forward the scheme of supply chain service pattern optimization and corporate planning and the implementation of the corresponding measures.This article also hopes to from a case study of G company summarizes can promote practice method,experience in the industry and to promote the development of industry.
