Nowadays,Chinese enterprises are confronted with enormous changes in the circumstances because of the quick globalization and knowledge explosion.The traditional industry of bullet-proof glasses are typical of fierce competition and slim profits.So as a challenge,fundamentally,the arrival of newly developed products definitely leads to their change of strategies in marketing in addition to the conservation of their present advantages in management and distribution channels.It's an unavoidable battle between them.This article starts from the concept and characteristics of strategic management.Then it gives a detailed introduction of strategic management,such as the content?important role and development trends.With the elaboration of the status quo of Chinese bullet-proof glass industry,and with the five-force modeland the analysis of PEST and SWOT,in increasingly volatile and complex environment,they are facing a prominent problem when drafting and choosing business strategies and carry out it,how we put forward the approaches of improving strategic management.Enterprises should pay great attention to strategic management,establish a strategic awareness and also build on the core competitiveness of the strategic management system.In order to remain highly competitive,it is more effective to implement knowledge management as a means of strategic management,intensify risk management strategy and prevent possible outbreak of various risks.To win in the intense competition,we should put knowledge management together with the core competitiveness.Only in this way can they sustain the constant changes and competition.
