| The trans-pacific Partnership Agreement developed up to now,the TPP experienced situation of expanding and the United States quitting.In spite of this,at the same time,China and South Korea were invited to participate in the TPP members meeting this year,economic globalization is the inevitable trend of economic development.On the other hand,with the development of economy,the service trade development is showing its importance to a country's international trade.What's more,the level of development of trade in services has become one of the important symbols to measure the international competitiveness of a country.The current development of Chinese service trade is sharp,meanwhile,there is still a huge gap between China and the developed countries.Therefore,studying the development of China's service trade under the background of TPP is necessary.This paper is through the analysis of the development course of the TPP outline,with trade,service trade RCA and total trade openness to analyze China and the main TPP countries' service trade present development situation.On the basis of the current situation,using the GTAP model to simulate two kinds of situations,China joining and not joining the TPP to explore the impact of China's service trade and various departments.Analysis indicates that there is positive effect on China's trade in services after joining the TPP,and there is negative impact without joining the TPP.Finally,Based on the above theory,current situation and simulation results,the relevant suggestions are put forward: at first,opening up China's trade in services to a greater extent,optimizing the trade structure of trade in services to promote the development of China's service trade;at the second,strengthening the " Regional cooperation to deepen the AsiaPacific region's trade in services negotiations and cooperation;at the same time,seeking timely opportunities to join the TPP to play the positive role of China's trade in services development... |
