In the era of knowledge information,the competition between enterprises has transferred from the capital,products and other aspects to the level of human resources.The core competition of enterprises is the competition of talents.The staff of the enterprise,is the key element of this enterprise,in order to achieve the enterprise bigger and stronger,in an invincible position in the fierce market competition,the most direct and effective way is to enhance their ability to work.For state-owned enterprises,it is the biggest disadvantage in the long run,often because of the inherent method,the old mode of thinking and methods,many new ideas and techniques,are usually ignored by enterprise managers,especially in performance management,modernization,scientific method can guarantee enterprises to obtain huge benefits and success.XS company is a state-owned agricultural company,in the performance management system hidden many long-standing ills,confused the difference and relation between performance management and evaluation of the two,resulting in performance management and performance appraisal of performance management is often a mere formality,not received obvious effect,only become synonymous with the distribution of performance bonus.As a result,the company has the ability of employees can not get promoted and progress,resulting in high turnover rate of employees,but also further hinder the company's innovation and growth.In this paper,on the base of summarizing the performance management theory,through the analysis of the current XS company existing in the performance management problems,find out the causes of these problems,re sort the XS company's performance management system,from the five aspects of performance management by optimization design,the methods of performance management,improvement for the company the reference is to strengthen the examination management feasible.
