Research On Tong'an Industrial Park Enterprise Culture Construction

Adhering to the core oriented by industry in recent years,Tong'an district government has put all efforts to build Tong'an Industrial Park,has carried out studies and formulated a series of development policies to promote the development of Tong'an Industrial Park,successively building seven areas covering an area of 35 square kilometers,of which Xiamen Light Industrial Food Area is the largest and the most fully furnished professional food park in the whole province featured with food and medicine.Sikouzhen Area is the first domestic ambry industry industrial park.On the basis of national agricultural science and technology industrial park,it has cultivated a batch of national key leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization including Yin Xiang,Zhongsheng,HUIERKANG,etc..Tong'an Industrial Park has become a vibrant economic growth point in Tong'an economic development of Xiamen.But currently Tong'an Industrial Park is still in the stage of development,especially relatively weak in the aspect of enterprise cultural construction,therefore,the core competitive role of enterprise culture has not been effectively played,which is a noteworthy issue for the government to optimize park development environment and to strengthen park's motive force of sustainable development.Through the statistical investigation and analysis of enterprise culture in Tong'an Industrial Park,corporate culture theory and comprehensive analysis method have been applied in this article,to point out the relationship between administrative culture and enterprise culture,and the government's influence on park enterprise cultural construction,and to explore & study the basic mode and effective methods for park enterprise cultural construction from the perspective of government guidance.
