In recent years, the developing tendency of China’s cultural industry has been turned into clustering, which is concretely showed in the upsurge of constructing cultural industrial park all over the country. Vigorously developing the cultural industry has become a strategic task to be completed in the period of strategic opportunities. The development of cultural industry has entered the best period of historical development, which is expected to become China’s pillar industry in21st century. Constructing cultural industrial park is also an important measure for promoting the intensive growth of cultural industry. Among various culture industrial parks, leisure entertainment park, whose function is mainly achieved through the development of tourism, is an important category. So the construction of tourism culture industrial park can reflect the trend of the development of cultural industry in China.Tourism cultural industrial park is an efficient area of cultural industry development, which has abundant resources of local culture as basement, leisure tourism as the forerunner, with the introduction of advanced method in management, and formulating a reasonable strategic planning. Essentially, as a trinity linkage mode of development, tourism cultural industrial park integrates culture, tourism and real estate. In this mode, culture is considered as soul and foundation; tourism is the dynamic power, while real estate is the important guarantee for its development. From macroscopic perspective, the functions of tourism cultural industrial park include developing new industrial projects, improving the soft power of our country, creating a new way for the sustainable development of tourism industry, as well as ensuring the continual upsurge of culture industry. While from microscopic perspective, constructing tourism cultural industrial park in some certain place is a good way to make full use of the preferential policies of state on cultural industry and tourism industry, as well as realizing the combination of economic and social benefits. Aiming at enhancing the competition ability of local cultural industry, it can also promote the soft power of local culture. This thesis chooses domestic famous tourism cultural industrial parks as examples, introducing their development situations and summarizing the existing problems. And on this basis, this research looks into the future development of tourism cultural industrial park in our country from the aspects of government policies and industrial chain.
