Since the reform and opening up,China's socialist economic construction has achieved remarkable honor.As China's largest industry,agriculture occupies an important position in the national economy.With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,the level of traditional agricultural technology lags behind,and agricultural development faces difficulties,which is urgent to transform traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.The core of the development of modern agriculture is to bulid a modern agricultural industry system by the agricultural production,processing,distribution and other aspects of mutual support,mutual convergence,to upgrade the development of modern agriculture,agricultural product processing industry,innovation of agricultural products circulation,accelerate the formation of the modern agriculture industry system structure optimization,industrial upgrading and industrial integration 123.The modern agricultural industrial system is the urgent need to develop modern agriculture,improve the level of agricultural output,and enhance the international competitiveness of agriculture.Jilin province is the major agricultural province and also the main grain producing areas,its agricultural development is crucial to the development of china.But in recent years,the development of agriculture in Jilin is facing many problems.Grain production surplus,irrational agricultural structure,low level of science and technology,a series of problems,seriously restricting the development of agriculture in Jilin province.If you want to develop the agriculture of Jilin Province,we should construct a reasonable,accord with the situation of Jilin province industry system of modern agriculture.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the influencing factors of modern agricultural industry system in Jilin province.This paper combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis.Firstly,using the agricultural product processing industry output value accounted for the proportion of the total output value of agriculture,animal husbandry output value accounted for the proportion of total agricultural output value,agricultural service industry accounted for the proportion of total agricultural output value and family income in the proportion of non-agricultural income to analyses the status quo of the development of modern agriculture industry system in Jilin province.Secondly,from the qualitative point of view,the factors of the modern agricultur al industry system are analyzed as follows: agricultural infrastructure construction,ag-ricultural industry main body,agricultural technology innovation and extension,agri cultural finance and credit and government policy.The paper establishes the multiple regression model from the quantitative point of view,takes the modern agriculture ind-ustry system as the independent variable,takes the rural kilometers,the farmer specia-lized cooperatives,the agricultural loan amount,the agricultural financial support agr-iculture proportion,the agricultural fixed asset investment and the secondary industry account for GDP proportion as the dependent variable,The impact of these factors o n the modern agricultural industry system.The results show that there is a positive cor-relation between the number of rural kms,farmers' cooperatives,agricultural loans,the proportion of agricultural financial support to agriculture,agricultural fixed assets i-nvestment and the ratio of GDP to GDP and the modern agricultural industry system,which shows that these factors can accelerate The development of modern agricultura l industrial system,the number of rural kilometers,farmer cooperatives,agricultural loans,the proportion of agricultural financial support for agriculture,agricultural fixed assets investment and the proportion of secondary and tertiary industries in GDP incr-eased by one percentage point,modern agricultural industry system increased 0.04450.122%,0.0509,0.4127,0.0384,1.9538.In the end,the paper puts forward some suggestions for Jilin modern agriculture industry system: strengthening government investment in agricultural infrastructure,fostering new subjects of modern agricultural industry system,perfecting agricultural technology innovation and extension mechanism,and increasing financial and credit support for agricultural development of the intensity.
