Research On The Locating Of Urban Express Delivery Transfer Station Under Online Shopping Circumstance

With the continuous progress of China's economic growth and Internet technology,the online shopping which based on e-commerce gradually go into people's daily life.The rapid growth of online shopping has a great demand for city express delivery,but the level of domestic logistics is lagging behind and it became the bottleneck of the development of e-commerce.Reasonable logistics facilities layout is the foundation of efficient city express delivery operation,the transfer stations which play a connecting role in the distribution network have become the key.Therefore,the scientific and effective locating decision of transfer stations can reduce the cost of distribution for enterprises and improve distribution efficiency,which play an important role in improving online shopping consumer satisfaction,eliminating the bottleneck of the E-commerce logistics development.On the basis of summarizing the relevant theory and research results of the Ecommerce and logistics facility location,this paper utilize the two stage location method combining qualitative and quantitative analysis to study on the location of urban express delivery transfer station under online shopping circumstance.The main contents include the following:First of all,through the review of e-commerce,logistics distribution and logistics facilities location and other related literature,this paper analyze the and current situation and problem of urban express delivery under the online shopping circumstance.Then the research ideas of this paper are clarified.Secondly,on the basis of following the locating principle,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of primary selection for city express delivery transfer station under the online shopping circumstance.In order to reduce the influence of subjective factors on the distribution of the index weight and the score of the program in a single comprehensive evaluation method,the method of combination of grey correlation analysis and analytic hierarchy process are used.The weighted grey correlation degree is used to evaluate the primary selection of transfer station.This paper focuses on the second selection model for city express delivery transfer station under the online shopping circumstance.This paper propose that the design of the model should take full account of the rapid growth of express delivery.Based on GM(1,1)model,the demand of express delivery is forecast.The multi-objective location model with the goal of minimizing the total cost and the highest customer satisfaction is constructed by considering the factors of elastic growth demand,transportation cost,operation cost and penalty cost.Then the multi-objective model is transformed into a single objective model.A variety of mutation operators are introduced,and the improved immune clonal selection algorithm is used to solve the model with higher global search capability.Finally,the locating of transfer station of the A company is studied by using the method of this paper.The MATLAB software is used to program.Finally this paper determine the quantity and position of the A express delivery transfer station and the service scope of each transfer station.
