With the development of the related Internet technology,the improvement of network security,and personalized services the corresponding shopping platform,online shopping becomes more and more popular with majority of the internet users on account of its wide range of resources,high efficiency,convenience and price advantage.Online shopping consists of three aspects: online trade,electronic payment and offline distribution.Due to the rapid development of urbanization,urban environmental pollution,traffic congestion and other issues intensified,urban logistics and distribution face more constraints.The number of offline delivery parcels has grown dramatically,and offline distribution has become a bottleneck in the further development of online shopping.Domestic logistics enterprises mainly rely on capital investment to develop the scale,the logistics and distribution enterprises homogeneous competition caused a lot of waste of resources.However,customers’ personalized needs about the distribution can’t be met,and the experience of logistics is poor.In order to solve the problem of low customer satisfaction and the waste of resource caused by homogenous competition,this paper is based on the characteristics of large quantity,multi-category,small batch and high frequency of online shopping logistics,and puts forward the customer demand driven terminal delivery.Through different methods to collect and analyze different customer demands in the logistics and terminal delivery services,customer demands are divided into different levels.According to the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the importance of customer demands is evaluated,and then the corresponding weights of customers’ different demands are obtained.Through the literature,field research,interviews and other methods to obtain information about the end distribution services,and compare the advantages and disadvantages of the characteristics of various types of distribution terminals in the logistics and terminal delivery services in the current market.According to the Quality Function Deployment to match the distribution terminal attributes with the customer demands.And then use Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process which combines with qualitative and quantitative process to calculate the evaluation weight each distribution terminal.Finally get the options of distribution terminal construction.Finally,the method is applied to the customer group with different characteristics to prove its effectiveness.
