As one of the high energy consumption,high resource consumption and high pollution industry,the building materials industry is a key industriy to promote the development of circular economy and accelerate the implementation of energy saving and emission reduction,so,the building materials enterprises must implement green production.An evaluation system for green production of building materials enterprises can promote the full implementation of green production in the building materials industry by classifying the green production of building materials enterprises,eliminate backward enterprises and set example of advanced enterprise.Based on the study of the relevant theoretical basis,the study define green production from the concept of "green" and " production" and describes the content of green production,which including four parts: green investment,green technology,green production and green recycling.Then according to the principle of index system,the study structure an evaluation index system of green production of building materials enterprises which including 4 first level indexs and 11 second level indexs by analysis the content of green production.And introduces the connotation of each index,the basis of the extraction and the formula of measurement.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and application of the common subjective weighting methods and objective weighting methods,the study using analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of evaluation index,and elaborate its application principles and procedures.According to the steps of the AHP method,the study gain the judgment matrix of index weight by expert investigation,and calculates the index weight by using the Super Decison software.Then an evaluation index weight system of green production in building material enterprises is obtained.Based on the analysis of the basic principles,advantages and disadvantages and application projects of several commonly used methods for evaluating the level,the study chooses the grey clustering evaluation method based on endpoint mixed triangle whitening weight function to build the evaluation model,and its basic steps are introduced in detail.The study identifies the range and grade evaluation standard of each evaluation index through collecting and analysing the national and industry standards,specifications,statistical yearbook and literature.To the unit value indexes which couldn't be defined to uniform standards,the study chooses cement,steel,building ceramics and flat glass as examples to define the grade evaluation standard.The clustering coefficient of indexes is calculated by using the whitening weight function and index weight,then a green production evaluation model of building materials enterprises based on Grey Clustering Evaluation is constructed.A case study is used to prove the validity,reliability and practicability of the research and some suggestions for improvement are put forward to improve its green production level.
