The Cost Control Research Of Binzhou Railway Project

With China's reform and opening up and development of market economy,China's construction enterprises grow rapidly which lead to a more competitive environment.Construction enterprises have to enhance its overall capability and strengthen its internal and external management,particularly,in the aspect of cost management and control.As an indispensible part to the project management,cost control is essential to the overall performance of an enterprise.It also plays an important role for its future.At present,China's construction enterprises are suffering from the oversupply.Competition among the enterprises is becoming more and more intense.The ability for project cost control has great effects on the competiveness and its whole operational efficiency.Therefore,each enterprise concerns project cost control.This paper relies on a number of resources and the author has learnt background,principles,methods and development process of cost control.The whole status of Bingzhou Railway and actual process of cost control have been used to elaborate the five principles relating the project cost control.Earned value analysis is adopted to analyze,summarize,and revise the five principles and six main factors.It is largely depended on electrific modification of Lot ZHSD-1 of Harbin to Manzhouli Railway,which present the details of project cost control and also evaluate its result.
