| As the most populous nation in the world,China is also the most populous country in rural areas.Since twenty-first Century,the world’s aging problem is becoming more and more serious,China is the same,the first is the rural.The implementation of the urban and rural residents of social endowment insurance,fill in the blank in the rural old-age security system in China,largely improved the current situation of China’s rural endowment.To establish and perfect the social endowment insurance system for urban and rural residents in China is the meaning of building a well-off society in an all-round way,has important realistic significance and far-reaching historical significance.Pingshan county in Hebei province has full implemented the system of urban and rural residents endowment insurance from July 2012,as a pension insurance system running for only four years,undeniably,the effectiveness of the system in operation requires us to maintain,but we should also see,in the course of the implementation of the urban and rural residents’ social endowment insurance system,there are also some problems,which are faced with many problems and difficulties,such as payment amount is low,enthusiasm is not high;pension standard is low;farmers not enough understanding of the system,and so on,we need to study and strive to resolve these problems.Article based on the basic situation of hebei ping shan county urban and rural residents of social endowment insurance,Combined with the relevant theoretical basis,by means of questionnaire,analyzed implementation effect and satisfaction of endowment insurance for urban and rural residents in ping shan county,discovered system itself and the problems existing in the management,draw precious lessons from domestic and international experience,accordingly puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improvement.The lastchapter is a summary of the limitations of the study and can be improved,and the next step in depth research and future development direction. |
