Starting from the second half of 2015,O2 O industry development stalled,O2 O enterprise a massive collapse,there were even some MingZhenYiShi enterprises,like washing the car,rice is steel delivery,etc.,e O2 O industry is facing great pressure and challenge.However on O2 O industry weak environment,launched in July 2015 hey cyclone O2 O platform since its launch,has obtained the good result,standing in the cold wave of the Internet.Such achievements were made in the company,with its unique marketing strategy is closely related.Along with the development of The Times change,this article mainly hey whirlwind O2 O platform as the research object,try to study of O2 O enterprise development present situation,analyze the O2 O model how to avoid falling into the death of the excessive subsidies during the start-up cycle,find a suitable profit pattern.This paper collected a large number of literature,the integrated use of the Internet marketing,thinking and related theory knowledge,using the PEST and SWOT model to analyze the marketing environment and marketing strategy of the platform and discussed,and at the same time combined with a hammer technology,millet and a number of developments in science and technology,creation of thinking good emerging Internet enterprise carries on the summary analysis of case,hope that through the successful experience of these cases,explore O2 O mode for the future development direction and trend,and correspondingly make judgment and forecast of market prospect,for the marketing promotion of O2 O enterprises under the new situation.In the process of analysis and found many hey whirlwind O2 O platform on the existing problems and these problems is the traditional enterprise when carries on the transformation of the Internet will be encountered,this article obtains from these problems,combined with the case of many successful Internet companies experience carried on the thorough analysis,and accordingly find out the root cause of the problem.At the same time,in order to effectively solve these problems,and from marketing,product,strategy,and other commercial factors,the enterprise idea,the thinking of building products,operating to the psychological characteristics of user groups and are studied,finally it is concluded that hey whirlwind O2 O platform marketing strategy combination.Through this paper study on hey whirlwind O2 O platform: under the new situation,the traditional enterprise must carry on the transformation of the Internet,not only is to adopt new technology and new ways to use,more want to change the traditional ideas and thoughts,fundamentally change the enterprise's business model,only in this way can survive under the tide of new age.Overall,on the basis of the research on marketing strategy,this paper analyzed the traditional companies should adopt what way under the new era of Internet transformation,points out the marketing strategy combination,and use it to guide the traditional dry cleaning companies,especially hey whirlwind O2 O platform work practice.
