Company’s current mainproject is trenchless pipe rehabilitation and industrial cleaning. In the context ofincreasingly fierce market competition, marketing strategy development is essential.This can help companies identify trends in environment, and responds to changeflexibly. So the company can seize the market opportunities.This paper based on the theory of marketing management theory and the theory ofstrategic management. The paper investigated the actual operation of the business andcollected the appropriate data and information, then made qualitative and quantitativeanalysis. The paper presented situation and problems of company x firstly, then madethe macro-environment analysis, environmental analysis, SWOT analysis for thecompany of trenchless pipeline repair and cleaning industrial. At last we madeappropriate marketing strategies. In a competitive industry, x enterprises should bebetter than competitors to meet customers ’ requirements to establish comparativeadvantages to achieve development. By adjusting the marketing strategy we can makethe marketing activities as an organic whole, and increase market awareness at alllevels. Eventually the company can form enterprise core competition capacity. Thiswill help enterprises break the siege, and access to long-term development.
