The Research Of Kazakhstan's Manufacturing Industry Development

Kazakhstan land vast and rich natural resources,especially oil resources,It is known as "the second Middle East",which the strongest economic power in the five central Asian countries,the most development potential of the country.Period of comprehensive strength in the former Soviet union joined the countries ranked third,second only to Russia and Ukraine.Kazakhstan's manufacturing industry which developed in the former Soviet union,the Soviet union patriotic war in the Soviet union to the end of world war ii period in central part of the manufacturing moved to Kazakhstan's to drive the development of local economy.The '50 s,Kazakhstan's manufacturing industry forming with the development of agriculture.Product relatively abundant Kazakhstan's every department of manufacturing industry in the 80 s,but the long-term administrative command system hindered the further development of manufacturing industry and the whole Sue economy,Kazakhstan's manufacturing development stagnation in the 80 s.The policy of the “division of labor” of the former Soviet union,Kazakhstan's manufacturing structure develops slowly.After independence,Kazakhstan's economic growth,foreign trade,foreign investment,employment and per capital income has made good achievements.Currently,Kazakhstan's economic development mainly is mainly dependent on export of energy,however,that a single industrial structure,industrial structure caused by uneven,in particular,the proportion of manufacturing industry in economic development and lower contribution,therefore,Kazakhstan's government successively put forward "accelerating industrial innovation and development outline of state","bright" new economic plan,"Kazakhstan's-2030" strategy and Kazakhstan's-2050 "strategy,its main goal and core content for development of Kazakhstan's in the manufacturing sector.In this paper,under the above background and research ideas that research on the development of manufacturing.First of all,starting from the manufacturing related theory and the strategic policy which paper expatiates on manufacturing structure,the development level of Kazakhstan's manufacturing industry is evaluated through the Chenery normalization model and the Hoffman coefficient.According to Chanari's stage standards of industrialization development which is combined with Kazakhstan's per capita GDP over the years to judge the results of Kazakhstan which is the advanced stage of the industrialization stage.According to the Huffman coefficient to determine the results of Kazakhstan are in the industrialization of the fourth stage which is heavy industrialization stage.Secondly,countries,manufacturing industrial proportion is not high,the manufacturing structure medium-duty dominant industrial areas,manufacturing industry structure adjusting,found manufacturing industry agglomeration phenomenon.Again,through the industrial concentration index to measure the manufacturing agglomeration degree were analyzed.Using an entropy index analysis which is spatial pattern of the 16 region,after data processing,in the 10 professional level higher than the national level,manufacturing agglomeration degree obviously and five regional agglomeration degree of inferiority.Using the gini coefficient to analyzes the spatial pattern of industry which is balanced or not,after calculate the imbalance of spatial pattern of internal structure in the Kazakhstan's manufacturing industry,the tobacco products and coke and refined petroleum products manufacturing appears on agglomeration phenomenon of the spatial pattern and paper and paper products industry and other 11 fields are scattered agglomeration.Finally,using the econometric analysis method which is analyzes the Kazakhstan manufacturing industry effects on economic growth.Through establishing regression model which is analysis of manufacturing industry to GDP,employment and influence on foreign trade,the results for manufacturing can promote the growth of GDP,employment and foreign trade.
