Research On Non-market Circumstances Of Cultivated Land Contracted Rights:Meanings,Cognitions And Influences

Present agricultural land studies are mainly focus on economic market,while pay less attention to non-market issues.This paper set phenomenon-phenomenon cognition-cognition influence as the study routine,set non-market environment of cultivated land contracted rights as the study object,use the methodology of subjectivism and objectivism,qualitative and quantitative,use the method of SEM,study the concept of non-environment,the non-market environment of cultivated land contracted rights,the cognition farmers have about the non-environment and how the cognition will affect the land transfer.The conclusions are as follows.? the non-market environment of cultivated land contracted rights is a comprehensive out-of-market concept of land values,attitudes,institutions,ethics and political mechanism that the farmers,government and non-farmer agricultural capitals holds when they engage in the profits distribution proactively and purposefully.?the primary elements of non-market environment involve the participants and the relations between them.The non-market environment of cultivated land contracted rights participants are the individuals,groups and organizations engaging to the profits of contracted rights.According to the non-market subjects,the non-market environment can be divided into government intervene(GI),local relevance(LR)and capital engagement(CE).?the farmer cognition of non-market environment include government intervene cognition(GIC),local relevance cognition(LRC)and capital engagement cognition(CEC)? Make a cognition measuring scale,and the ?and KMO parameter is suitable to the reliability and validity test.According to the measure scale,the quantitative relation in practical sample area is: GIC(36.79%)>LRC(32.12%)>CEC(31.09%).?the farmers' cognitions of non-market environment have important effects on land transfer,in the view of each single non-market environment,the path parameters are as 0.82?0.78?0.63,the cognition promote the land transfer process,in the comprehensive view,LRC has negative influence both with the GIC and CEC,the path parameters are as-0.61,-0.52.and these cognition conflicts will inhibit land transfer.?the policy proposal are as follows according to the influence that non-market environment has on land transfer: the government need recognize the actual existence of non-market environment and the conflicts between these environment,reasonably and orderly engage in the contracted rights practice with a proper understanding of the inner culture produced by the farmer crowds,and strengthen the communication and propaganda with the famer group,use the co-effects of the non-market environments.All mentioned above can promote the land transfer...
