Voluntary Turnover directly impact the stability of the talent in an organization, thus increase the cost on human resources. The actual quit of a job comes from the turnover intention, which related closely with employee's satisfaction rate. As an integral part of employee'satisfaction, Benefit satisfaction can importantly affect employee turnover intention.To understand benefit satisfaction affect turnover intention, will help us formulates the corresponding benefit system, better retain the talent needed by the company, and increase the compatibility. However, it stops at a surficial extent when it falls within the domestic studies on the field mentioned above. This paper, with the purpose of solving the present problems in China and filling the lack of theoretical studies in the above field with the findings of this research, has established a theoretical model on the relation between benefit satisfaction and the turnover intention. The model is on the basis of the Theory of Employee Turnover Intention, Benefit satisfaction Theory, and treats Job satisfaction and Organizational commitment as the media variables. This paper tries to cause a heuristic argument exploring the relation between benefit satisfaction and the turnover intention. Then it develops the local scale which is suitable for use under the background of Chinese culture. Besides that, a survey has been carried out in four different cities IT companies: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Changsha. In this way, this paper pool 226 samples and further the study in data analyzing.The study shows that the self-developed scale has a good reliability and validity. The findings also illustrates that benefit satisfaction could not directly affect turnover intention, but benefit satisfaction can indirectly influence turnover intention through job satisfaction and organizational commitment.Demography as antecedent variables, including marriage status ,age ,education and work tenure, has significant impact on benefit satisfaction.Education has the same significant impact on turnover intention.Understand the satisfaction of the turnover of employee benefits, aims to retain talent. According to the survey results of this paper suggest the following: Enterprises should pay attention to the employee benefit satisfaction, understanding of the benefit needs of employee, strengthen communication between the employee benefits, Provide employees with the opportunity to participate in the management of benefits.
