| Under the background of the “the Belt and Road Initiative” strategy and the policy that national tourism industry will be promoted to the strategic pillar industry of national economy development,the tourist cities encounter unprecedented opportunity.It is of great practical significance for the development of tourist cities to shift from Tourism destination which is dominated by attraction function to Tourism hub which takes the function of tourism hub as the leading factor.Xi'an as the starting point of The Silk Road needs to seize the opportunity and develop the tourism industry vigorously so that Xi'an can be developed into a regional tourist hub which has important practical significance.Taking Xi'an as an example,this paper analyzed the composition of tourism hub function and its influence factors,constructed the evaluation index system of tourism hub function by using AHP and expert scoring method under the point of view of "flow space" and the factors of tourism flow.Then evaluated the Xi'an tourism hub function,and proposed optimization path.The conclusion of the paper mainly includes the following points:(1)The development of tourist hub cities should have four advantages,such as superior geographical position,prominent function of transportation hub,remarkable function of tourism attraction,perfect infrastructure and management service system.The function of tourist hub is composed of four functions: tourist attraction function,transportation hub function,management service function and organization control function.(2)The evaluation index system of tourist hub includes 4 first level indexes,9 two level indexes and 31 three level indexes.The function of tourism attraction weight is 0.0500,the function of transportation hub weight is 0.113,the weight is 0.279 weight management services and organizational control function for 0.558.(3)Xi'an has the conditions for developing tourist hub cities.Compared with Beijing,Shanghai and Zhengzhou,the function of tourism hub cities is in the middle and lower level.Xi'an has advantages in the function of tourism attraction,In the transport hub functions,tourism services,income and tourist information deficiencies is obviously inadequate.(4)The article puts forward the optimization path of strengthening tourism hub function in Xi'an.Firstly,Changing the function of tourism city which shifts from attraction function to Tourism hub as the leading factor.Secondly,Strengthening the hub function.On the aggregation and diffusion,Xi'an should strengthen air traffic hub construction and increase international routes.Thirdly,Deepening the regional tourism cooperation.Through integrating tourism resources to enhance the attraction of tourist products;To cooperate with regional travel agencies is to promote regional tourism status and achieve win-win cooperation.Lastly,strengthening the tourism public service and management.Through constructing Intelligent Tourism and strengthening the tourism shopping service to enhance the level of service in Xi'an;Strengthening the service of the tourism service center to improve public service management level of tourism. |
