In the current market environment,the market value of listed companies is closely related to the interests of the shareholders of the company,the financial goals are transformed into the maximization of the value of the company,and the market value management theory came into being.Because the weak nature of the capital market in China often leads to the departure of the market value and the intrinsic value of the company,the listed companies urgently need to carry out the market value management to formulate the corresponding solutions so that the two match,its essence is to continue to achieve their own value growth,through the capital structure optimization,incentive reward and punishment arrangements,investor relations management,capital operation,etc.Value growth,maintenance and market value.Market value management as a newer theory,whether it is from theory or practice are not mature enough.This paper attempts to explain the theoretical system,to answer the current question of market value management,to resolve the academic and practical circles on the market value of misunderstanding.In this paper,we use the method of case study to review the research on market value management at home and abroad,and to analyze the market management theory by analyzing the relationship between value management,market value management and the relationship between the two.After that,we summarize the contents and market value of listed company's market value management And then pointed out that the current academic and practical community on the market value of a number of misunderstandings;then launched the analysis of the market value of Suning,in the brief introduction Suning basic situation,for value creation,value management and value to achieve three This paper analyzes the measures taken by the market value management of Suning,and compares the market value management in the industry with the corresponding model.Finally,it analyzes and finds the existing problems in the market value management,puts forward the improvement measures and management suggestions,In order to enhance the market value of Suning management capacity.Through the above analysis,the conclusion is that the market value management of Suning is relatively successful.Value creation,although the operating income and other indicators to maintain a steady growth,but also showed some problems,mainly due to the transition mode of operation is not mature and led to a significant decline in profitability;value to achieve,Suning performance Industry in the forefront,the total market value and market value growth rate in the industry have maintained a good level,but in China's capital market is not perfect,but also showed "blowout-style rise and cliff-type decline" phenomenon,The impact of poor market value of the poor performance;value management,Suning through capital operation,mergers and acquisitions and other means to corporate value and market value in harmony,the use of capital market premium for shareholders to create value.But there are some capital operation in the method and timing of the unreasonable,dragging the company's market value.To sum up,Suning in the value creation,value management and value realization also exist in the lack of or can be perfect place.This article also put forward the relevant proposals,but also hope that more listed companies can learn from Suning case to find their own development for the market value management strategy.
