The stock market in China has entered an era of full circulation after non-tradable shares reform in 2005. The new stock market environment brings new thoughts to the enterprise managers and owners: what management methods can maintain the growth of share price?“Market value management” occurs under the environment. The introduction of market value management provides a feasible scheme for the managers of listed company to better govern the enterprise, create value for the shareholders, turn the enterprise operation to capital operation, develop permanently and sustainably. The establishment of market value management theory and the construction and richness of theoretical framework can not leave the booming in Chinese stock market and the massive cases about the contribution of listed companies. The large quantity of real cases not only promote the theoretical research on market value management in the management circle, but also provides the necessity and urgency of listed company to market value management pro and con.The paper firstly expounds the relevant theories in market value management and then compares the research achievements of national and foreign scholars. Taking the theory of market value management as a guide, analyze three main aspects of market value management of listed company: market value creation, market value management and market value- value consistence, and research the market value management performance of the listed companies in 2015. The case analyzes and researches the specific practice of market value management in a internet media enterprise – LETV, analyzes from three aspects of market value management, researches the commercial behaviors of LETV(how to list by IPO; additional issue stocks directionally and purchase Huaer Television). Though analyzing the specific practice of LETV in market value management, the paper summarizes the practices of market value management of the listed enterprises in internet media industry, and the bad actions to be avoided. The paper provides reference for the internet listed enterprise in market value management.The paper draws the following conclusions from the market value management of LETD:in the market value management of the listed enterprise in China, the market value creation and market value realization is two core links. The listed enterprise shall pay attention to the linkage in market value and enterprise value.
