Optimiaztion Research Of The Metersbonwe’s Supply Chain Inventory Management Under Fast-fashion Concept

As the circulating fund,inventory directly reflects the financial situation of enterprises.Too little inventory will lead to high inventory turnover rate,but prone to appear stock out,resulting in production being forced to be interrupted or losing sales opportunities,while too much inventory will tie up funds and reduce the return on assets of enterprises,resulting in heavy corporate burdens.So the good or bad inventory control will affect the overall operation states of the garment enterprises as well as the final profitability.The inventory control occupies a very important position in the garment enterprise activities.Supply chain management thinking is generated under the new situation that clothing products must respond quickly to the market today.Metersbonwe as a leading garment enterprise in the Chinese garment market,the research on its inventory management possesses more representativeness and practical significances.On the basis of summarizing the research results of supply chain inventory management of garment enterprises both at home and abroad,this paper first introduces the purpose,significance and innovation point of this paper,and then systematically introduces the concepts and theoretical basis involved in this paper.Secondly,this paper will carry out descriptive analysis for the level and status quo of supply chain inventory management in specified enterprises,and analyzes and researches the related problems of supply chain inventory management dominated by bullwhip effect in current stage.Thirdly,according to the requirements of fast fashion concept for the supply chain inventory management of garment enterprises,the existing models of the case enterprises will be optimized.The optimization by the way of establish four joint inventory management center,to use the idea of joint inventory management,and trend its supply chain to customer-oriented,to seep up the transmission of the information and logistics on the supply chain.Fourthly,according to the main steps of system dynamics,we should build and simulate the supply chain inventory management model about the case enterprise base on the analysis of the model indicator and the corresponding DYNAMO equation.Fifthly,after simulate the model before and after the optimization,we can find that the total inventory,order amount and unmet need has a significate reduction and the curve tends to be smooth,which means that the new supply chain is more stable and effective.In addition,in order to verify the reason about the issue of the case enterprise supply chain inventory management,this part work trough problem in way of combining with fundamental model analysis and sensitivity analysis.,and come to the conclusion that to improve the safety stock can help to weaken the supply chain fluctuations.Finally,this paper will put forward the conclusion and suggestions to the model of the supply chain inventory management of the case enterprises according to the conclusion of the analysis,and provide reference for the optimization of the supply chain inventory management of Chinese garment enterprises.In conclusion,this paper build the supply chain mode optimization scheme and supply chain inventory management model which base on the System Dynamics theory can help to reduce the inventory costs and capital waste,and to stable the supply chain.
