Research On Supply Chain Quality Management Based On Supply Chain Collaboration

Customers are pickier about products and service today more than any other time,which is caused by,obviously,fierce competition.Enterprises have to make sure what they provided are of high quality and reasonable price.That's why most companies become part of a supply chain system.The concept of Supply Chain Quality Management has been created for further study on quality management under the circumstance of supply chain system.While the study on supply chain management(SCM)shows that supply chain collaboration will be the dominant form of SCM.The supply chain quality management strategies under modern organizational system,as for supply chain collaboration,will be discussed in this paper.By tracing the development of quality management theory,we can get a summary of what can be done using the method of quality management,as well as future study guidance.Supply chain quality management is not limited to the quality characteristics of products and services,but also can be extended to the supply chain system performance.SCQM retains the core concept of quality management and is to fit modern market competition.This paper summarizes the characteristics of collaborative supply chain,pointing out how SCC can enhance the performance of supply chain.To prove how SCQM works,we use a specific example to calculate the best strategy,which includes a set of exemption,sampling,and full inspection methods.In the meantime,we analysis why it is the optimal set and which factors affect the result and how they make an influence.The results in this paper indicate that the Inspection Policy under SCQM systems has a different role in quality management,further study will make it more clear how it function.It is hoped that this paper can provide reference for future research on SQCM and SCC.
