Basing On The Interaction Between Urban And Rural Areas Of Rural Construction

As two types of places where human inhabit,Cities and villages are both belong to human living environment.Each of them has their own advantages and disadvantages: the village to engage in agricultural production,with a specific natural landscape,rich natural resources and labor resources,meanwhile,there are also some deficiencies,such as lack of advanced technology,underdeveloped productivity,economic backwardness and other development obstacles;The city is dominated by industry,commerce and service industry.There are advanced science and technology,which is the gathering place of talents and capital,but there are environmental pollution,population pressure,traffic congestion and other issues.With the process of urbanization,the lacks of culture in the village,the deterioration of the ecological environment are appearing.thousands of villages now are becoming the same.The main reason for these phenomena is a one-sided understanding of the relationship between urban and rural areas,rural areas support the city with their agricultural resources,while the city also promote rural development in different ways.The settlement of rural problems can not be separated from the interaction between urban and rural areas,therefore,the article attempts to explore the problem of rural construction with the point of urban-rural interaction.Firstly,this article summarizes the urban and rural areas is the equal choice of people’s different ways of life through the domestic and foreign scholars on the theory of urban-rural relations.and the relationship between cities and villages are interrelated,interdependent and interactive.Secondly,it is pointed out that the pluralistic value of the rural areas under the interaction between urban and rural areas is re-recognized,the traditional folk culture began to revive,the support of the state funds and policies for the villages,as well as the gradual improvement of infrastructure.all of that will promote the development opportunities in countryside.Thirdly,this article summed up the rural construction strategies and methods: Industrial development need to tap the local culture,upgrade rural tourism,according to local conditions to introduce agritainment、B&B and other tertiary industry,besides,promoting industrial integration,and development of Internet + agriculture is also needed;living space need to achieve the Equalization of infrastructure in urban and rural areas and extend the function of architectural space;ecological environment need to be protected,for example safeguarding the rural texture,exploring the potential rural landscape and creating landscape value.Then,with this kind of thinking to participate in the village to carry out the transformation in the JieYa Rural reconstruction project.In the industrial,develops organic tea brand,carries out the company + rural tourism + cooperative mode industry;in the living space,achieves earth building transformation,gives the construction of new Function and coordination of lifestyle;in the ecological environment to create a green landscape,to protect country texture,to construct tea room and to create landscape value;moreover,the project improves infrastructure and green configuration,public service facilities and the marketcombined.Finally,it is hopes that through this study,we can provide a way of thinking about the development of rural construction in China,perhaps the people who live in cities and villages in the future are not the so-called city people and rural people,but are willing to live in the city People and willing to live in rural areas.Both the city and the village are worthy of respect and they should be complement each other to achieve common development.
