Research On EMV Migration Standard And Its Implementation In China’s Payment Field

The EMV migration is arguably the most significant project in the world’s banking industry in recent years.Along with increasing of its implement category,high-tech crime which blocks the development of the Banks have been finally have the magic weapon of restraint,EMV standard is referred to as a tool of financial crime.A double protection technology combined with a chip card and password is also the main trend of bank card development.The EMV specification is the financial pay standard for IC CARDS compiled by Europay,MasterCard and VISA.With the development of the EMV standard,the change of traditional magnetic stripe CARDS to IC CARDS has been a trend.In this paper,on the basis of consulting a large number of literature,from the standard overview of EMV migration,implementation of financial IC card environmental analysis,as a case study of ningbo financial IC card migration is analyzed,and the migration of financial IC card paper expounds existing problems and reasons,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures of financial IC card applications in the field of payment.The main content is as follows:First,the research background,significance and relevant theoretical foundation are introduced.This paper expounds the research background and significance of EMV migration,and identifies the research status of EMV migration at home and abroad.Secondly,the concept of EMV migration and migration of financial IC card is introduced,the difference between the relationship between them,and compared with the traditional bank card,prominent advantage in the product itself,laid the solid theory foundation to the research of this paper.At the same time,through PEST and SWOT,China’s financial IC CARDS are analyzed and analyzed to find out the existing problems.Again,first analysis problem of financial IC card migration in our country,and the migration of ningbo financial IC card case analysis,from plane to point,from theory to actual pilot provide reference for implementing countermeasures.Finally,according to the above question,the countermeasures for the implementation of IC card transfer in China are put forward.Work for China’s ongoing financial IC migration to provide valuable reference,to promote the industrial upgrading and sustainable development of China’s bank card has a positive role in promoting.
