In order to promote the application of mobile phone near-field payment,this article has carried on the investigation and the analysis to the influencing factors of the use intention of the Smart Phone user,first elaborated the research background and the goal and purpose of research,according to the current development of mobile payment in domestic market and the development of NFC mobile phone near-field payment,the influencing factors of NFC payment development are analyzed.Secondly,based on the research results of scholars,the variables in the perceived value are selected as the factors that affect the user's willingness to use,and the personal cognition and social context are added as the factors that affect the willingness to use combined with the characteristics of mobile phone near field payment.And then compiled the scale,issue the questionnaire?NFC mobile phone near-field payment can be considered a new near-field communication technology,the survey object selection smart phone players.The form of the questionnaire is mainly distributed on the Internet,first of all,the design of the questionnaire through the Questionnaire Star and other questionnaire survey website published,combined with the use of social APP channels such as communication,such as Microblogging,QQ,WeChat friends circle,some smartphone forums and mobile payment forums are also distributed.The survey lasted for a month,a total of 427 questionnaires were recovered,and then check and check,delete the invalid data that was randomly filled,the remaining 353 valid questionnaires,the efficiency is about 82.7%.Statistical analysis was used to analyze 353 valid samples by descriptive statistical analysis,cross-column analysis,reliability validity analysis factor analysis and binomial logistic regression analysis.The empirical results show that perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,personal cognition,perceived risk are the main factors that affect the willingness to use.Among them,the perceived risk of NFC mobile phone near-field payment is a negative impact,Perceived convenience and technical convenience have no significant impact on the use.In addition,the user's gender,age,occupation and income on the NFC mobile phone near-field payment acceptance and use have a significant impact.Finally,the article on the NFC mobile phone near-field payment related operators and enterprises put forward the corresponding five-point product promotion marketing advice,based on the analysis results and combined with the development of the status quo,the advice including improving the popularity of POS machines,reduce the use of cost,reduce the subjective perception of the user risk and cultivate consumption habits in several areas.Finally,it analyzes the shortcomings of this research and the prospect of the future.
