Research On The Mechanism Of Promoting The Efficiency Of Manufacturing Industry In China's Productive Service Industry

In the context of supply-side reform,China's manufacturing industry is facing the Manufacturing reflow in the developed countries and actively participate in the development of the global division of labor in the double squeeze,the manufacturing industry needs to be transformed.As a middle-service service,the producer service industry has high knowledge-intensive,high-industry agglomeration and high-industry relevance,which is highly related to the value of manufacturing industry and become the key to promoting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.The producer services industry can provide manpower and intellectual capital for the manufacturing sector,improve the marginal productivity of labor and capital,and determine the ultimate output capacity of the manufacturing sector.Does the impact of productive services on the development of manufacturing in China exist? Through which mechanism to promote the development of manufacturing industry? This paper will focus on the producer services to promote the development of the manufacturing industry to explore the mechanism.First of all,through the research on the status quo and related theories at home and abroad,it is found that the existing research mainly focuses on the research on the relationship between the productive service industry and the manufacturing industry.The producer service industry provides the manufacturing industry with the product research and design,To the middle reaches of manufacturing and downstream sales,promotion and other complete production services,should strengthen the interaction between the two.But for now,China's producer services and manufacturing industry has not yet formed a positive interaction,how to promote the manufacturing industry,the mechanism of manufacturing industry has yet to be explored.Then,combined with the previous research results,this paper summarizes the three mechanisms of manufacturing service industry to promote the development of manufacturing,that is,producer services through transaction cost mechanism,human capital mechanism and technological innovation mechanism to promote the development of manufacturing industry.Based on the three mechanism,the empiricalmodel proves that the production service industry can promote the development of the manufacturing industry by reducing the transaction cost,optimizing the human capital allocation and improving the technological innovation ability.And in-depth study in three regions of East,China and the West to further verify the existence of productive services to promote the development of manufacturing industry.Finally,according to the empirical results,it is necessary to closely focus on the transaction cost mechanism,human capital mechanism and technological innovation mechanism to promote the development of manufacturing industry.Actively develop service outsourcing,strengthen the liquidity of factor market to reduce transaction costs;strengthen the flow of talent and education investment to provide adequate human capital for manufacturing;actively carry out double activities to enhance the ability to create technology.
