This paper uses the latest theory of customer relationship management,studied the customer relationship management of Qinhuangdao Branch of Ping 'an Insurance Company.By describing the background and the current situation and development trend of the selected topic,identified the significance of implementing customer relationship management in branch company.The general theory of CMR is described in this paper,on this basis,by using Qinhuangdao Branch of Ping 'an Insurance Company as the research object,analyze some existing problems,such as the deviation of management objectives,lack of effective management strategies,and the management systems need to be improved it.According to the existing problems,We put forward the goal of customer relationship management:try to get a high value customer base,to achieve a good customer satisfaction,to achieve premium increases and cost reduction purposes.In light of these problems,This paper puts forward the improvement scheme and measure of customer relationship management in Qinhuangdao branch of Ping An insurance,they are:Establish the customer database,Customer value identification system construction,differentiated management of customers,improve customer loyalty,Strengthening exit management and enhance employee loyalty.At the same time,finger out that the security measures needed to improve the program implementation process,ensuring that the smooth implementation of the customer relationship management.This issue used multi subject knowledge to study the Customer Relationship Management of Qinhuangdao branch of Ping An insurance,by studying the internal and external environment of the company,positioning of company development,Considering from the three aspects of concept,system,strategy,design a more mature customer relationship management system.It is a great significance for the implementation of customer relationship management in Qinhuangdao branch of Ping An insurance,It has certain advantages and can be instructively for the other insurance companies or enterprises' customer relationship management.
