With China's accession to WTO, investment, joint venture insurance company after landing China, the domestic insurance market is diversified situation. Ping'an Life Insurance Company as a member of the domestic insurance market, competitive advantage can only build industry in the fierce market competition invincible. Practice shows that the implementation of large customer relationship management (CRM) is the best option to enhance their competitive advantage.Use of the latest customer relationship management theory to safe Life group insurance customer elationship management issues in a more systematic research. The article first general theory of CRM research and summarized the status of the system and comments on the basis of a Green Life group insurance for the study, from customer groups, CRM information systems, CRM processes, such as prescription services for the CRM safe Life group insurance status analysed. Specifically include:ebuilding the core management concepts to CRM;Pingan Life group insurance reorganization in marketing, customer support and services, operational procedures;Building customer-driven structure;Differences in the establishment of customer service system;Improve CRM system software and the establishment of good customer management team. While pointing to a programme to improve the implementation of the required conditions and needs attention. Through the implementation of customer relationship management strategies and key points of the success of the project design, thereby expounded from the theory and practice safe Life group insurance new management model.
