Time is the essence of social and organizational life and an important part of organizational theory.With the advent of the Internet era,especially the "Internet plus".on the one hand,broken physical space-time constraint,the enterprise boundary disappeared,open economy,experience economy,sharing economy,are subverting the competitive landscape,business model,management philosophy,the relationship between enterprises and stakeholders;On the other hand,Consumers are more empowered,presenting online,fragmented and personalized.The technology is changing with each passing day,the product life cycle is shortened,the information flow accelerates,and the customers have higher requirements for speed,flexibility,response ability,consumption time value and so on.As a new source of competitive advantage,Time is becoming more and more important.So,Time-based Competition(TBC)has become a new strategic approach for enterprises to gain competitive advantage.In the network society,the modern enterprises' time-based competition needs to broaden the traditional concept of using clock time to gain a competitive advantage in the operations and management,and supplements a non-uniform,qualitative and diversified view of social time to look at organizational behavior,and therefore develop a new time-based competition model to enhance the competitive advantage.In view of this,This paper studies under the internet situation driven,how to change the dual oriented time competition behavior in order to maintain and improve the front edge competitive advantage of enterprises under the theory of time,time-based competition and so on.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)Redefining the concept of time,and putting forward its conceptual model.Base on Reviewing and sorting out the existing literature of time concept,The research method of definition is the formal logic "specific plus differential",subject perspective,classification and comparison of the perspective of discipline and quantitative qualitative.I divide the time structure into activity oriented and interpersonal oriented dual oriented time.final time is defined as: In order to adapt to the changing external environment and realizing the overall goal of the enterprise,the enterprise controls and standardizes the organization process by adjusting the duration,timing,sequence,cycle,rhythm,and the perception and personality of the members and the relevant norms of the organization,it is a social construction that enterprises can quickly respond to customer needs and market changes,maintain or enhance the organizational competitive advantage.(2)The model construction of behavior change based on dual orientation time competition.Based on the redefinition of time concept,the enterprise dual-oriented time competition,the main theoretical model of time-based competition,competitive advantage,internet and other related theories,and incorporate the theme of "change",the angle of change is "time competition behavior".I build the modle of behavior change based on dual orientation time competition,and use the case study to make a tentative analysis of the theoretical model.
