In today’s increasingly competitive,With the progress of science and technology and the increasing of demand individualized, Lead to competition mode also changed, Time has formed the new competitive advantage resources, with tne change of the market enveriment, customer’s demand become more variability and more sensitive to the time, This requires that the supply chain enterprises to provide faster response and higher internal coordination. So, Shorten the delivery time from the point of view to study the supply chain delivery decision-making and co-operation with, for enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises, increase revenues and optimize the operating costs of each node enterprise and the entire supply chain has a very important theoretical value andpractical significance. This article sum up the delivery of supply chain decision theory based on the integrated use of operations research and other system optimization and decision modeling approach to study the MTO supply chain delivery-related decision-making for the time of competition. Paper is divided into five chapters, the main contents are as follows:Chapter1"Introduction". Briefly introduces the research background and the subject of sources of the paper; proposed to study the problem and clear the importance of the study; systematic summary and synthesis of relevant literature, the main areas involved include:time-based competition, the concept of delivery and related issues, delivery compression issues related to research and the delivery and price-related decision-making; and then a brief introduction to the main work of the paper, and gives the overall structure of the full textChapter Ⅱ "supply chain delivery and coordination of time-based competition. This chapter first introduces the concept of supply chain delivery and composition, and then analyze the importance of delivery of supply chain optimization, and then leads to the concept, types and importance of supply chain coordination, supply chain time-based competition on this basis coordination, analysis of the time value of the supply chain coordination and MTO time-based competitive response time, and finally proposed the impact of factors affecting the MTO supply chain response time analysis in order to shorten the supply chain response time way.Chapter Ⅲ:Delivery in the supply chain under the different control side. This chapter constituted by a manufacturer and a retailer, a two-stage supply chain, supply chain delivery by manufacturers and retailers to control the overall supply chain optimal decisions, and each node enterprise and supply chain expectations profit. both cases, the optimal retail price, the optimal wholesale price, the delivery of optimal supply chain, and the maximum expected profit.Chapter Ⅳ,"the time of competition-based IC production mode of product delivery and strategy." This chapter describes the instant custom (IC) an overview of the mode of production and the advantages compared with traditional modes of production, from the perspective of supply chain system to study the mode of instant custom manufacturing product delivery issues, product delivery the mathematical model is derived products, economic delivery formula, through sensitivity analysis of the product delivery, summed up the strategies and methods to shorten product delivery, IC enterprises to balance competition conditions, weak competition conditions three conditions and competitive conditions, and under these competitive conditions, is analyzed theoretically to improve the market competitiveness mechanism of IC enterprises and their supply chain system, summed up the principle of IC companies to select suppliers and optimize the supply chain system and approach. Finally, from a business perspective, according to the relationship between the customer delivery and product economic delivery, normal delivery, the proposed mode of instant custom manufacturing product delivery strategy.Chapter5:Summary and Outlook ". Comprehensive overall summary and future research directions were prospected.
