| Along with the development of modern information technology,the environment of the enterprise has undergone tremendous changed,continuous optimization improvement is the only way for enterprises to adapt.But now,a large number of companies have low efficiency because of the inter-departmental constraints.And to achieving effective cooperation across sectors,the process management is necessary.However,due to the high probability of failure and the low efficiency which is less than 1/4,the process reengineering tended to process optimization.According to the theory of process optimization,the enterprise is not only competing in the product or service era,but also in improvement of the production and service process.Firstly,this paper summarized the optimization process theory,distinguished the theory of process optimization and process reengineering.Then,illustrated the important meaning of process optimization for enterprise strategy organizational structure,and set the business process optimization project of the space 529 factory as an example,made a analysis on the internal organizational structure,used the value chain and ABC cost method to clear the core business processes which means the processes can effectively improve the performance or provide customers with value flow,based on the above,this paper cleared the process of optimization and set the specific steps,as well as evaluated the possible risk of optimization.This paper aimed at in-depth analysis of the requirements of current and future development on department organization and process structure,summarized the status and exists of problem of business process optimization.Besides,this paper established scientific management mechanism in all level which adapted to the rapid development,on the basis of that,dynamic supervision could be placed on units and regional capacity layout or construction,which would tamp the foundation of building process of international first-class large-scale group. |
