Because the global economic integral whole turns of fast fierce development, the competition of business turns increasingly, the market need has already developed a diversification, characteristic ages, and the market also changes into buyer market from the selling party market, small batch quantity will become market predominance need mode. Under this kind of situation, Lean theories with its forerunner's principle and practicing of value, is admitted by the international community and used extensively. In order to acquire competitive advantage our country's enterprise also introduces Lean theories under the vehemence of the market competition. However, up to now, successful news of implement is not much. This thesis base on the Lean theories, adopte the method of system analysis that qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis, and makes use of the related technique method of Industrial Engineering and Lean Manufacturing synthetically. Through the research of how to improving production line's production efficiency and increase the unit area output in Motorola company. Detail the CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) activity to the production line. Through the analysis and optimization of production layout, process flow, material flow and line balancing, many wastes and non-value added works were eliminated. At the same time, a new production mode, Super-line, was created, it makes the working efficiency and the unit area output improving sharp accordingly. It provides a sample for other same manufacturing enterprise reference in Lean activity. At the same time, it also has high reference and certain instruction meaning to the domestic enterprise of implement Lean Manufacturing.
