Research On Risk Evaluation Of New Established Company Of CASC

Currently,SASAC put foward higher developing requirements to central enterprise and the competition of market is more fierce.CA SC is facing dual pressures.In order to realize the development strategy of military and civilian integration in the new period,CASC has to seek new investment opportunities and make large-scale investment activities,embarking on the development and expansion of the road.In this process,it has important significanc for the CASC to control investment risk,reduce investment losses,improve the efficiency of investment.New established company is a kind of important equity investment behavior of CASC.Nowadays,risk assessment theory and method is developing rapidly.It is a frontier subject to have a research on the new established company of CASC and risk assessment theory and method.The target of this paper is to explore the subject.In the paper,new established company of CASC is used as the research object.M athematical model is used to make risk evaluation.Firstly,in this article,the author analyzes the domestic and foreign research of the related theories and methods about risk assessment of the new established company,combined with actual situation of CASC new established company,anlyze its risk factors,and extract the general fitness value of risk evaluation index system.Secondly,according to the risk evaluation index system,his paper constructed risk assessment model of CASC new established company.Finally,a typical case of CASC new established company is selected to conducted the empritical study of the risk evaluation model.The empirical results show that the risk assessment model c onstructed in this paper can fully and systematically reflect the various risks that the CASC new established company faces,and can evaluate the overall risk objectively.Through the analysis of all kinds of risk assessment,we found that it is in accordance with the overall development strategy of CASC,and to meet the company's own operating and management characteristics.The risk assessment model can provide theoretical guidance and reference for the management decision makers of CASC new established company,and it has good using value.
