The 21 st century is the era of knowledge economy,knowledge workers in knowledge economy development contribution value accounts for the proportion of more and more,the knowledge type employees implement effective incentive management,stimulate the knowledge workers play a role more as a measure.Incentive design is the premise and important part of the establishment of modern incentive management,and it is one of the effective ways to implement human resource strategy.How to design and establish a set of scientific,effective and practical incentive management system is a new and significant subject.The country tens of thousands of scientific research institutes have transformed into the arrival of the enterprise and economy globalization and knowledge economy era as the background,to where I am the first transformation of the National Research Institute,Harbin FRP Institute(hereinafter referred to as ha Glass Institute)as the research object,to the overall requirement of national institutes work and ha glassy hospital overall development strategy as a guide launches the elaboration,the full text is divided into four parts: The first part briefly describes the background and significance of the research,introduces the domestic and foreign knowledge workers incentive system research status,the research content,research methods and frame structure are described in this paper.This is the theoretical basis of the full text.In the second part,the author elaborates the incentive problems and reasons of the knowledge workers in Harbin FRP Research institute.The third part is based on the first two parts of the study,combined with the actual management needs,the Harbin FRP Research Institute knowledge staff incentive mechanism was designed and carried out a trial run.The fourth part describes the design and implementation of the new incentive system of the Institute of Kazakhstan,the three safeguard measures of organizational guarantee,institutional guarantee and institutional guarantee.Through business goals and individual goals,introduction of incentive management system design concept,construct to salary,performance management,training and career and corporate culture for the dimensiondimension incentive model,and is equipped with a corresponding guarantee measures.The design of the incentive system increases the staff's sense of participation and trust management,reduces the resistance of daily management,and lays a good foundation for improving the overall performance of the enterprise.At the same time,it also provides some reference value for other scientific research institutes and related enterprises in the design of incentive system.
